Meet Athena. She is a red and white, 7yr old spayed Basset. She exhibits all of the good and not so good behaviors of a typical Basset Hound. She loves all children and people, in fact she would love to just lay in her peoples lap. She enjoys car rides and walks. Athena absolutely loves her food. She will follow almost any command if treats are included. She is very smart and learned the doggie door in 48 hours.

On the other side of the coin, Athena is a counter surfer extraordinaire. She may be short, but she is long and determined. She seems to think cats are exercise tools and treat rewards. She would also prefer to be the only dog as she is possessive of her people, bed, and food.
