Verbena

Hi there! My name is Verbena, like the flower, but my Foster Mom and Dad call me Beanie Bear! I like that! I have 5 Basset brothers and sisters here at my foster home and it's nice here, but I really want a home to call my "own". I love everyone here , including a really rambunctious 4 year old 2-legged boy who plays with me a lot and I get along with everyone! I'm a sweet old girl just looking for someone to love me, scratch my ear every now and then, and I love belly rubs and love having my eyes cleaned and my butt scratched too! I do great in the car and in the tub. The nail clippers scare me a little bit, but I do pretty good with that too! Unfortunately, I'm not a young whooper snapper, I'm about 10 years old, but I am very young at heart with my low-fat diet and I keep up with the young ones here pretty darn good! I have a bad right rear leg so I have a little limp and need some supplements to keep me healthy at my age, but otherwise, I am the perfect girl. I'd love a quiet home or even a mildly active home with a brother or sister, but I am an older gal, so I like my rest! : ) I'd love a forever home for the holidays.......are you my family?
