Vladimir
 It's getting cold up here in Flagstaff and sweet Vladimir has already
picked out his favorite blankie and a warm cozy spot on the couch and
is ready to watch the snow fall. This handsome hound is 9 years young,
sweet, charismatic, talkative, and always wagging his tail. He is
content to follow his foster mommy around the house and loves treats of
all kinds. He is neutered, housebroken, is not destructive when left
alone, and greets you happily when you return! He can be a professional
counter surfer, so don't leave your dinner out unless you intend to
share it! He tends to bark when he's excited, especially when he's
watching his younger foster sister run around. Foster mom and dad
are teaching him to be a bit more polite when he talks, but he just
loves to tell you all about his day. Vlad would do best in a quieter
home, either as an only dog or with an older, non-alpha companion. He
doesn't like being asked to share his bones and enjoys being the center
of attention. Vlad does have some arthritis in his back knees, but
medicine helps him manage this. |
He also needs to have his anal sacs expressed regularly. Vlad's been moved around a lot and adjusts quickly to his changing environment, but his one wish for the New Year is to have a forever home, complete with warm blankies, a spot on the couch, and a loving family to be a part of. He'll be sure to warm your heart and show you what love and devotion really means. |
