Tess is a sweet tricolor female who is about 6 years old. Tess was being used as a breeder basset, until she was relinquished to AZBHR. She is very happy to have that part of her life over and has embraced being puppiless with her whole heart.

Tess is house trained, good with older kids, and other dogs. She enjoys giving you lots of wet sloppy kisses and getting doggy treats. She is leash trained and loves to go for walks. She especially enjoys it when someone stops to talk to her or just wants to pet her. Her favorite past time is sleeping on a soft comfy pillow near you or curled up in foster dad's favorite chair.

Tess is an absolute beauty and you could not want for a more loving companion. She will make a great addition to any family once she is ready for adoption.

Sadly, Tess was diagnosed with Valley Fever, but luckily has a low titer count and could be medicine free very soon. She will be retested in 90 days.
